S.O.W.G. Athens 2011 were the biggest athletic world event for the year 2011 (7.500 athletes, 185 delegations, 22 Athletic & Non Athletic Venues). Arcadia Consulting Ltd. had the full responsibility for planning, managing and execution of “S.O.W.G. Athens 2011 Athletics & No Athletics Venues Logistics Support”, as Project Leader of a people team from the companies Arcadia Consulting Ltd (Business Consultants), Goldair Cargo (3PL – International Transportation), Delatolas Express Cargo (3PL). The project design, execution and successful completion based on the experience of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games in conjunction with the Dynamic Alignment tools and methodologies.
